In Scuba diving, feeling confident and comfortable is the key to being able to enjoy underwater. But, it is normal if you are feeling concerned or anxious about your scuba diving for the first time. You know, scuba diving is an amazing trip to experience what the underwater world has to offer. Underwater, your chances of getting hurt are extremely low.

1.Decompression sickness

On depressurization, dissolved gasses (usually nitrogen or helium, as used in mixed gas diving) exit solution and form bubbles inside the body. But this is extremely unlikely to happen to you.You will learn about no decompression limits during your Open Water Diver course. These limits tell us how much longer we can stay at a certain depth before our bodies absorb too much nitrogen.Decompression sickness is caused by high levels of nitrogen. Our bodies will "off-gas" this nitrogen as we slowly ascend from a dive, which takes time.Thats why, if we rush to the surface, we risk getting the bends. 2.Can’t breathe underwater

A scuba diving course will teach you how to work as a buddy team. Because the first rule of scuba diving is to never dive alone, we work together as buddies to keep each other safe.Scuba divers regularly check their air supply while underwater to ensure they do not run out. But are you concerned that your equipment will fail? Don't be alarmed... There are also procedures in place to deal with this unlikely scenario. The first thing you should know is that tanks and regulators (the thing you breathe from) are serviced on a regular basis, and every dive school is required to follow strict laws to ensure the safety of their equipment. The second thing, you will have more than one regulator to breathe through because every scuba diver carries a spare regulator that can be used if the first regulator fails or if your friend runs out of air. They've really thought of everything that you need. Well.. you will be amazed during your Diving in Bali and look how beautiful Bali Diving underwater will distract you from everything you are scared of.

3.Causing ear pain

If you've ever flown in an airplane, you've probably noticed how pressure can affect your ears. When diving underwater, you will experience a similar sensation. Your instructor will make sure you know how to equalize your ears before you go in the water for your first dive. This procedure adds some air to the inside of your ears, relieving any discomfort. It is very simple to do as simply close your nose and blow (like blowing into a tissue). You'll know when you need to do this as you dive, but your instructor will remind you to make sure you're doing it frequently. They will also ensure that you descend slowly enough to allow you to successfully equalize your ears.If you are experiencing intense discomfort or pain, it is critical that you do not go any deeper until the pressure has been equalized. Simply pointing to your ear will alert your instructor that you are having difficulty and will allow them to assist you.
